Online Returns

•    Returns must be received within 10 days after item is shipped from our store.

•    Items that are shipped out can only be returned by mail, in store returns will not be accepted

•    Returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

•    Returns should be shipped to: Tottini 204 Clifton Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701

•    If the return brings the total to below $100 we will charge the original shipping charge. 

Returns for orders placed with In-Store Pickup option

•    You will get an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.

•    Orders must be picked up within 1 day of the email confirmation.

•    For a Full refund, your return needs to be back in the store the same day or within 2 days for exchange or store credit.

•    Orders not picked up within 1 day of the email notification will be able to exchange the items or get a store credit.

•    Order not picked up after 2 days, the sale will become final and no exchanges or store credit will be given.

•    Any order not picked up after 2 weeks will be donated to a charity of our discretion. 

All Returns

•    Returned items must have all tags attached and unworn

•    There is no returns on items in damaged or used condition

•    No more then 10 items can be returned per order.

•    Sale items are FINAL Sale, no refunds or exchanges. 

•    All hair accessories are FINAL sale, no refunds or exchanges.
